Make a 10ml roll-on eye massage oil
The eyes are our windows of soul, the organ of vision in our five senses.
When there is eyestrain, pinch the tip of eyes with fingers, or rub the temple of forehead to alleviate the tiredness of eyes.
There are multiple acupuncture points around the eyes which the meridians meet. Eye massage could help the blood circulation of the meridians so as to relax the muscle tension and balance the tear secretion, that help relieving tiredness in eyes and improving vision.
