  1. 蒸薰法:将5至10滴精华油混入载满暖水的香薰炉中。

  2. 按摩法:将4至5滴精华油混合10毫升的底油,用于身体按摩,对松弛神经或纾缓疲劳非常有效;亦可作护肤油使用。

  3. 沐浴法:加入8至10滴精华油于浴缸中,即可享受香薰水疗,不但可改善肌肤,对于舒缓肌肉痛及改善睡眠质素非常有效。

  4. 直接吸入法:只需将3至5滴精华油滴在纸巾或枕头上即可;亦可将精华油滴于一盆熟水中,用大毛巾盖着头,近距离吸入蒸气,约10分钟后即有效消除疲劳;治疗头痛及呼吸道感染特别有效。

  5. 泥粉面膜(洁净和美白):将1-2滴精华油混入已调好花水的泥粉中。

  6. 个人护理产品 :例如洗发水、沐浴液、面霜等将4-5滴精华油混合10毫升个人护理产品中。

  7. 香水:将4-10滴精华油及4-10滴溶解剂混入10毫升水中,可制成自己独特的香水。

禁忌: 敏感性皮膚忌用 可能會引起頭痛

每(5/10/30/50/100)毫升中调配2%香薰油需要分别加入(2/4/12/20/40)滴香薰油

每(5/10/30/50/100)毫升中调配2.5%香薰油需要分别加入(3/5/15/25/30)滴香薰油

*眼部护理=0.5% 面部=1% - 2% 成人全身=2% - 2.5%

Organic Ylang Ylang Ylang Ylang has an intensely sweet aroma and has a wide range of applications in health, cosmetics, and so many others. The health benefits are the most concerning in this section. Effects on arousals and heart function In a study to identify the effectiveness of organic Ylang Ylang aroma (YAA) on heart function using the electrocardiogram (EKG) showing blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR). A total of 29 healthy men were selected and randomly shared into two groups; the Ylang-Ylang group (15) and the control group ((14). After the intervention, the results showed a reduction in the level of blood pressure (systolic and diastolic blood pressure) and demonstrate sedative properties. Alters anxiety and self-esteem perception A study carried out on the use of Ylang Ylang essential oils on anxiety and self-esteem perception. The study included 34 professionals and randomly placed in three groups; the first and second treated with Ylang Ylang while the third group is the placebo. There was a significant difference in self-esteem for all the three groups after 90 days of intervention and 15 days post-intervention. Cognitive effects A study on the effects of Ylang Ylang and other essential oils examined the cognitive and mood aspect of healthy participants. A total number of 144 people volunteered and randomly allotted into Ylang Ylang, peppermint, and control groups. The assessment for cognitive performance using the Cognitive Drug Research computerized assessment battery, with mood scales before performing cognitive testing. The analysis showed that Ylang Ylang increases calmness but decreased alertness. Effects on sleep quality In a double-blind crossover study to determine the significant difference between the quality of sleep among patients with different essential oils; Ylang Ylang, other essential oils, and placebo. A total number of 42 adult participants in the outpatient cardiac rehabilitation, were randomly allocated into each group. Participants were exposed to essential oils (including Ylang Ylang) every five days until exposed to all and placebo. The participants reported sleep quality significantly when exposed to essential oils compared to the placebo.
