  1. 蒸薰法:将5至10滴精华油混入载满暖水的香薰炉中。

  2. 按摩法:将4至5滴精华油混合10毫升的底油,用于身体按摩,对松弛神经或纾缓疲劳非常有效;亦可作护肤油使用。

  3. 沐浴法:加入8至10滴精华油于浴缸中,即可享受香薰水疗,不但可改善肌肤,对于舒缓肌肉痛及改善睡眠质素非常有效。

  4. 直接吸入法:只需将3至5滴精华油滴在纸巾或枕头上即可;亦可将精华油滴于一盆熟水中,用大毛巾盖着头,近距离吸入蒸气,约10分钟后即有效消除疲劳;治疗头痛及呼吸道感染特别有效。

  5. 泥粉面膜(洁净和美白):将1-2滴精华油混入已调好花水的泥粉中。

  6. 个人护理产品 :例如洗发水、沐浴液、面霜等将4-5滴精华油混合10毫升个人护理产品中。

  7. 香水:将4-10滴精华油及4-10滴溶解剂混入10毫升水中,可制成自己独特的香水。

Organic Rosemary Rosemary also referred to as Rosmarinus officinalis L. (rosemary) is cultivated around the world and has been identified as a medicinal plant native to the Mediterranean region. Rosemary oil has different therapeutic effects on the body due to its bioactive molecules constituents. The health benefits of this study will be identified; Analgesic effects A study was carried out to determine and compare the effectiveness of menthol and rosemary in musculoskeletal pain in hemodialysis patients. The study included 105 patients currently undergoing hemodialysis and divided into three groups, rosemary, menthol, and placebo groups. They were treated for three days and pain assessment was done four hours after the morning and evening treatment. Both the rosemary and menthol exhibited analgesic effects, but the study did not observe differences between them. Reduce the creatine kinase A study was carried out to determine the effect of rosemary essential oil on the responses of lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase (CK), lymphocytes, neutrophils, muscle swelling (MS), and muscle pain (MP) following eccentric leg curl exercise in non-active women. A total of 24 non-active females were included and divided equally into three groups; rosemary dose 1 (RD1), rosemary dose 2 (RD2), and placebo. There was a significant reduction in the level of CK in RD2, which shows that rosemary affects CK concentration. Cognitive effects A study was conducted to investigate possible acute effects of dried rosemary leaf powder on cognitive performance. The study included twenty-eight older adults with a mean age of 75 years. They were treated with different doses of rosemary oil. There was a biphasic dose-dependent effect in measures of speed of memory: the lowest dose of rosemary given had a statistically significant beneficial effect compared with placebo (P=.01), whereas the highest dose had a significantly impairing effect. Rosemary oil can have a positive effect on cognitive function if used appropriately. Effective in androgenetic alopecia treatment A study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy of rosemary oil in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) and compare its effects with minoxidil. One hundred participants were included and divided into two groups and treated with rosemary oil and minoxidil for 6 months. The efficacy and safety evaluation was done every 3 months. The findings of the study trial provided evidence concerning the efficacy of rosemary oil in the treatment of AGA. Antifungal activities. A comparative study evaluated the effectiveness of chemical and herbal (rosemary oil, basil oil, and coleus oil) antidandruff ingredients and their performance in shampoos was done in vitro against Malassezia furfur. It was observed that of the essentials included (rosemary oil, basil oil, and coleus oil), rosemary oil exhibited the strongest inhibitory activities with O.5%.
