  1. 蒸薰法:将5至10滴精华油混入载满暖水的香薰炉中。

  2. 按摩法:将4至5滴精华油混合10毫升的底油,用于身体按摩,对松弛神经或纾缓疲劳非常有效;亦可作护肤油使用。

  3. 沐浴法:加入8至10滴精华油于浴缸中,即可享受香薰水疗,不但可改善肌肤,对于舒缓肌肉痛及改善睡眠质素非常有效。

  4. 直接吸入法:只需将3至5滴精华油滴在纸巾或枕头上即可;亦可将精华油滴于一盆熟水中,用大毛巾盖着头,近距离吸入蒸气,约10分钟后即有效消除疲劳;治疗头痛及呼吸道感染特别有效。

  5. 泥粉面膜(洁净和美白):将1-2滴精华油混入已调好花水的泥粉中。

  6. 个人护理产品 :例如洗发水、沐浴液、面霜等将4-5滴精华油混合10毫升个人护理产品中。

  7. 香水:将4-10滴精华油及4-10滴溶解剂混入10毫升水中,可制成自己独特的香水。

禁忌: 孕婦忌用, 高血壓及低血壓人士忌用

每(5/10/30/50/100)毫升中调配2%香薰油需要分别加入(2/4/12/20/40)滴香薰油

每(5/10/30/50/100)毫升中调配2.5%香薰油需要分别加入(3/5/15/25/30)滴香薰油

*眼部护理=0.5% 面部=1% - 2% 成人全身=2% - 2.5%


*注意:薄身油可以直接使用于皮肤,由于厚身油的性质比较厚及黏,与薄身油混合一起使用效果更佳

Juniperberry Juniperberry is also referred to as Juniperus communis, an important source of essential oil for use in aromatherapy. The essential oil of juniperberry has lots of health benefits ranging from blood circulation, muscle pain, clear-headed, acne, eczema, and oily skin. Anti-inflammatory activity Juniperus communis (JEO) significantly inhibited tissue remodeling biomarkers, namely collagen I, collagen III, and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-I). Macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF), an immunomodulatory protein molecule, was also significantly downregulated by JEO. Moreover, we found that JEO robustly modulated global gene expression. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis also showed that JEO affected many important signaling pathways that are closely related to metabolism, inflammation, immune response, wound healing, and cancer biology. This study showed the biological activity of JEO in human dermal fibroblasts. Thus, JEO is a promising therapeutic candidate for inflammatory conditions in the skin. Antioxidant property A study was carried out to determine the antioxidant potential of extracts of Juniperus communis L. and Juniperus oxycedrus L. berries (phytochemicals, total phenolics, and total flavonoids). DPPH assay is used for the in vitro antioxidant activities and the results indicated the potential application of the tested extracts as significant antioxidants. Anti-hypercholesterolemic activity A study was carried out on the effectiveness of Juniperus communis as an anti-hypercholesterolemic agent. A total of 35 adult male Wistar albino rats were included divided into 5 equal groups of 7. After 30 days of the experiment, blood and kidney tissue samples were taken. The study revealed that JCL oil is an effective anti-hypercholesterolemic agent. Anti-Parkinson’s activity A study evaluated anti-Parkinson’s activity of methanolic extract of Juniperus communis (MEJC) leaves in chlorpromazine (CPZ) induced experimental animal model. Behavior parameters such as catalepsy (bar test), muscle rigidity (rotarod test), and locomotor activity (actophotometer) were studied and its effect on neurochemical parameters (TBARS, GSH, nitrite, and total protein) in rats. The study showed the neuroprotective effect of MEJC against CPZ induced Parkinson’s disease-like symptoms. Chemopreventive effects A study was carried out to investigate the chemopreventive effects of juniper berry (JB) oil on azoxymethane (AOM)-induced colon cancer in rats. Thirty-two male Wistar albino rats were allocated into four groups; Control, AOM, AOM + JB, and JB groups. The intervention was done for 16 weeks and at the end of the experimental period, blood and tissue samples were obtained from the rats following necropsy. The macroscopic findings showed that the application of JB oil decreased significantly the adenoma and adenocarcinoma formation both numerically and dimensionally. JB oil is an effective chemopreventive dietary agent by inhibiting cell proliferation and COX-2 expression and inducing apoptosis, resulting in a significant reduction in colon tumor formation.
