历史

葡萄柚可能起源于巴巴多斯,是柚子(Citrus grandis)的杂交品种。在其文化传播到美国大陆之前,它已经成为西印度群岛家庭消费的水果。现在,它已成为世界各地流行的早餐水果。

  1. 蒸薰法:将5至10滴精华油混入载满暖水的香薰炉中。

  2. 按摩法:将4至5滴精华油混合10毫升的底油,用于身体按摩,对松弛神经或纾缓疲劳非常有效;亦可作护肤油使用。

  3. 沐浴法:加入8至10滴精华油于浴缸中,即可享受香薰水疗,不但可改善肌肤,对于舒缓肌肉痛及改善睡眠质素非常有效。

  4. 直接吸入法:只需将3至5滴精华油滴在纸巾或枕头上即可;亦可将精华油滴于一盆熟水中,用大毛巾盖着头,近距离吸入蒸气,约10分钟后即有效消除疲劳;治疗头痛及呼吸道感染特别有效。

  5. 泥粉面膜(洁净和美白):将1-2滴精华油混入已调好花水的泥粉中。

  6. 个人护理产品 :例如洗发水、沐浴液、面霜等将4-5滴精华油混合10毫升个人护理产品中。

  7. 香水:将4-10滴精华油及4-10滴溶解剂混入10毫升水中,可制成自己独特的香水。

Grapefruit Pink Grapefruit belongs to the Citrus family, and it is useful for many purposes in aromatherapy. A lot of studies have shown that organic health is grapefruit is beneficial to the health if used with the help of an expert; Anti-obesity A study that evaluates the effectiveness of grapefruit juice on body weight and neurotransmitters controlling appetite was investigated in obese rats. The rats were assigned to two dietary groups for three (3) weeks; the control group (6) and the obese group (24). Grapefruit juice produced its weight reduction effect after one week of administration and lasted till the end of the experiment, and did not affect brain neurotransmitters. Antimicrobial activities In a study that evaluated the antimicrobial effect of the chemical composition of the essential oil (EO) of grapefruit obtained by solvent-free microwave extraction (SFME) and hydrodistillation (HD). In total, 25 components were identified with Limonene being dominant. Grapefruit showed a wide spectrum of antimicrobial effects against Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, and so on, and their inhibition zones range from 11 to 53 mm. Antioxidants A study was carried out to evaluate the antioxidant behavior and the cytoprotective effect in vitro of grapefruit. A total of thirteen flavonoids were quantified in grapefruit peel extracts by HPLC-MS/MS. In vivo assay revealed that fresh and oven-dried grapefruit peel extracts (45°C) exerted a strong cytoprotective effect on SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cell lines at concentrations ranging within 0.1–0.25 mg/mL. Also, it exhibits outstanding antioxidant activity. Effects on blood pressure In a study aimed to evaluate the evidence for or against the effectiveness of grapefruits (Citrus paradisi) on body weight, blood pressure, and lipid profile. Only overweight and obese subjects were included. One hundred and fifty-four citations were identified and three RCTs with a total of 250 participants were included. Grapefruit significantly reduced systolic blood pressure. Central fatigue In a study carried out on the therapeutic effect of grapefruit on central fatigue. The study included thirty-three rats, randomly and equally divided into a control group, chronic sleep deprivation group, and compound essential oil inhalation group. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of grapefruit on central fatigue after 21 days of intervention. Hypolipidemic effects In a study carried out to evaluate the hypolipidemic effects of grapefruit in rats. All rats were divided into 11 groups each comprising 10 animals. All rats in the respective groups were treated with sterile water, juices, and standard drug for 8 weeks, and the lipid profile was estimated at the end of dosing.
