1. Vaporisation: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil into warm water by using diffuser.  

2. Massage: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil into 10ml of carrier oil for facial or body massage or as a home-made body oil after shower. It is very good for muscular and spiritual relaxation.

3. Bathing: Add 8-10 drops for a full bath. It can stimulates blood circulation and is ideal way to relax.

4. Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil into a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over the head, close your eyes and inhale deeply. It can help to relieve physical and mental stress, especially headache and respiratory system problems.

5. Clay mask (Cleansing and Whitening): Add 1-2 drops of essential oils to the mixtures of floral water and clay mask.

The results showed that C. reticulata can be used as part of an anti-aging skincare formulation. Anti-inflammatory In a study on the components of C. reticulata carried out in Egypt, a total number of 131 components were identified and quantified with GLC and GLC/MS. The volatile components of santra mandarin exhibited the anti-inflammatory action on tumor necrosis factor- α and nitric oxide. Antioxidants and antimicrobial In a study on C. reticulata and two other Citrus fruit oils (wilking and clementina) from Algeria, to examine the antioxidants and antimicrobial activities against microorganisms (spoiling and pathogenic). All three Citrus exhibited antimicrobial and antioxidants properties, but the most significant is observed in C. reticulata. Pest repellent In a study on the effect of C. reticulata on Cryptolestes ferrugineus, a rusty grain beetle and to effectively manage the C. ferrugineus population in stored grains. The essential oil of C. reticulata showed potency against C. ferrugineus in contact with, as repellent and fumigant activity. The potency increases as the exposure time increases with the dosage. The C. reticulata help to preserve the stored grain against C. ferrugineus. Useful in colonoscopy preparation In a study on the effect of C. reticulata as an adjunct to low-volume PEG for colonic preparation, a total number of 212 were selected out of the 1092 health examination examines available. The study showed that the application of CRP as an adjunct could improve examinees' tolerance, decrease the incidence of adverse events, and maintain the quality of colonic cleansing.
