Plant Part:Flowering herb
Vaporisation: Add 5-10 drops of essential oil into warm water by using diffuser.
Massage: Add 4-5 drops of essential oil into 10ml of carrier oil for facial or body massage or as a home-made body oil after shower. It is very good for muscular and spiritual relaxation.
Bathing: Add 8-10 drops for a full bath. It can stimulates blood circulation and is ideal way to relax.
Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil into a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over the head, close your eyes and inhale deeply. It can help to relieve physical and mental stress, especially headache and respiratory system problems.
Clay mask (Cleansing and Whitening): Add 1-2 drops of essential oils to the mixtures of floral water and clay mask.
Personal skin care product (e.g Shampoo，Bath Gel，Facial cream etc.): Add 4-5drops of essential oils to your own skin care products, create the unique personalised skin care products.
Perfume: Add 4-5 drops of essential oils and 4-10 drops of solubiliser into 10ml water to create your own personalised perfume.

1% Essential oil in (5/10/30/50/100)mL = (1/2/6/10/20) drops per volume of essential oil respectively
2% Essential oil in (5/10/30/50/100)mL = (2/4/12/20/40) drops per volume of essential oil respectively
2.5% Essential oil in (5/10/30/50/100)mL = (3/5/15/25/30) drops per volume of essential oil respectively
Eye care = 0.5% Face = 1% - 2% Adult full body = 2% - 2.5%
*Remarks: Thin oil can apply onto skin directly. Thick oil is sticky, diluted with thin oil will be better

Marjoram Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for human benefits. It ensures the effective and safe use of essential oils. The health benefits of Marjoram, an important essential oil will be highlighted below; Protect against the cyclophosphamide side effect A study carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of Marjoram against the side effects of cyclophosphamide (CP, an established anticancer drug) in mice. The mice were treated with Marjoram after being exposed to CP, and the Marjoram was found to protect any changes occurring in RNA, DNA, and protein contents in the liver and testes of treated mice as compared with the control. Also, the desired cytotoxic activity of CP in mice was not altered. Antimicrobial activity In a study that evaluated the antimicrobial efficacy of the marjoram essential oil (MEO) on organic vegetables inoculated with 4 logs/CFU Salmonella enterica serovar Schwarzengrund. Three different inoculated samples of smooth lettuce (Lactuca sativa), kale (Brassica oleracea), and arugula (Eruca sativa) were immersed, separately, in three MEO solutions (0.1, 0.3, and 0.5%) for 1 and 2 min. The sterile phosphate‐buffered saline and sodium hypochlorite was used for the control group. MEO demonstrated its antimicrobial activities in the three samples compared to the control group. In another study that evaluates the antibacterial activity of marjoram essential oil (MEO) Staphylococcus aureus, S. coagulase-negative, Enterobacter spp., Proteus spp., Acinetobacter spp., Klebsiella spp. The study showed a high level of prominent inhibitory effect MEO on all the stains of bacteria included after exposing them to the essential oil of marjoram for a maximum time of 24 hrs. Improve renal function In a study that evaluated the effectiveness of marjoram, propolis, and their combination against adenine induced chronic kidney disease (CKD) and renal dysfunction in male albino rats. A total of thirty-five rats was included and divided into 7 groups, and treated for 30 days consecutively. The results showed that marjoram and propolis were effective independently and in combination with improved kidney functions as they ameliorated the levels of renal function parameters and prevented oxidative stress.
