Payment:
The gift package costs 5000 HKD.
Payment can be made with a one-off 5000 HKD payment or monthly installments of 416.67 HKD for a year.
Customers selecting the installment option will not incur interest charges, which will be paid by DK. Customers may redeem bank interest charges by presenting the bank invoice or receipt to the company.
Redemption Process:
Customers will receive the merchandise in the first month of the 1-year plan.
Exclusive discounts and complimentary items can be enjoyed throughout the year, subject to terms and conditions provided.
Substitutions:
Some components of the gift package may be substituted upon request, subject to availability. The final decision rests with DK.
Delivery or Pickup:

Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, including their formation, interpretation, breach, termination, or validity, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation.
The mediation shall be conducted by a neutral and accredited mediator agreed upon by both parties within 5 business days of either party providing written notice of the dispute. The mediation shall take place in HKSAR.
If the parties are unable to reach a resolution through mediation within a reasonable time, either party may initiate arbitration or pursue any other available legal remedies as outlined by the applicable laws.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Any personal information collected during the gift package offer will be handled and used in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of HKSAR. Any disputes arising from the gift package will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [jurisdiction].
