A setting of fine art is beautifully presented when you walk into the cabin, when you are lead to your seat and look closer, you will find the art-piece is actually a combination of selected cuisines and the plating of colors. What comes to your eyes will be the biggest creature of the feast– Speed-Frost Lobster from Maine USA. The master of ceremony will heat the lobster with a torch and teach you how to enjoy the lobster with its lamb, with there are you feel the surging of the sea and the joy of life.
The master of ceremony will then heat the next cuisine — Jumbo Scallop with potato cake, the fire from the torch gave a crispy touch mixing the soft meat of the lobster, it goes down to your stomach from your throat simply by gravity, the wave of ocean will then come over your body, the fire-heated potato cake evolve an interesting sweetness smell that attracts you afterward, with the Jumbo Mussel, Salami and cheddar cheese cubes, finale with the black truffle porcini soup.
On the other side of the feast you are served with mouth-watering savories, Panacota and Mango Delight and Sable Gianduja from France are something you have in a whole, while meringue and pistachio Macaron are served one after one.
