The setting of “iJolly’ is like looking down on the destination from a plane. The fluffy cloud is floating near the little hill, where the happy family is located next to it. Lovely butterflies are flying around. The moment is so tranquil that angels couldn’t wait to picnic here.
The happy-family-alike round plate is a collection of sweet treats. It has smiling lemon macaroon, smiling dark chocolate and lemon meringue cake. Vegetable and fruit chips by Vacuum Freeze-Drying technology are best served aside, while the butterfly-shape chocolate chips are on top of them.
DK Cuppa Tea serves angels the savoury delights for picnic. They include rosemary polpette al sugo, black truffles abalone, grill Argentine langostinos, molecular gastronomy made Italian tomato gaspacho with abalone and three colours functional food mashed potato. The functional food added are spirulina, red yeast rice, bell pepper and quinoa, which could enhance beauty for all angels. The “Sweet Paris” scented and fruit tea would be the best finishing for this angels’ picnic.
iJolly Afternoon Tea is priced at HKD 298/Person (min 2 person per serving). With a wide range of delicacies to satisfy your stomach, five magic cards will be presented to you at the beginning of the tea set, each card leading to a unique essential oil. Their functions are written on the cards so pick one (or all) that suits you the most and start your everyday with it!
